Is it really halal?
Yes. Every Aafiyah product is halal certified, and we go further than most: our capsule shells are vegetable carrageenan rather than animal gelatin, so there is nothing animal-derived in the product at all.
How long until I notice anything?
Most people notice digestion and energy first, usually inside two to three weeks. Skin, hair and joint comfort take longer — give it a full eight weeks.
Can I take it while fasting?
Take your capsules after iftar with your meal, or split them between iftar and suhoor. With food is better for absorption either way.
Can I take it alongside other supplements or medication?
Generally yes. If you are on prescription medication, pregnant or breastfeeding, speak to your doctor first — as with any supplement.
